At Condensa, we have once again revalidated our ISO certificate.

During the month of November, Condensa was part of an audit carried out by the company SGS, in order to revalidate our ISO 9001/2015 certification.

This process was dedicated to inspect a series of internal procedures of the company, among which the following stand out:

  • Quality management system, where they analyzed policies, documentation, system and strategic objectives.
  • Logistics, where they analyzed process and supplier controls, the supply chain and dispatch.
  • Production, where planning, service and process control were inspected.
  • Maintenance, in which the process control and corrective and preventive maintenance were inspected.
  • People management, focusing on hiring processes, training and work environment.
  • Company management, focusing on the leadership of its members.
With this information, SGS was able to analyze the company’s performance and service, with the objective of helping to improve and promote Condensa’s performance, in addition to verifying and certifying the quality levels of our quality processes and services.   We are very pleased to say that we have once again managed to meet the high standards of this audit and achieve our ISO recertification.

This achievement allows us to continue working on our main objective: to delight our customers. We have a committed team, processes and services of the highest quality for this purpose.

Corporate Sustainability: What Do Consumers Really Value?

Today, corporate sustainability has become a priority for both companies and consumers. However, a recent Nielsen analysis reveals a potential disconnect between what companies consider sustainable practices and what consumers actually value. Sustainable packaging stands out as the most important aspect for nearly 50% of respondents, followed by waste reduction and the use of renewable energy, with about 40% support. In addition, responsible sourcing of natural materials is also a key factor. To close the gap between business perceptions and consumer expectations, companies must clearly communicate their sustainability efforts, which will enable them to gain the trust and loyalty of their customers in an increasingly environmentally conscious marketplace.
